March 7, 2022On Saturday, March 5, 2022, our parish pre-Confirmation class participated in an evening-long retreat. The retreat began with the Vigil Mass, included a discussion on the history of the Holy Rosary, and how our Holy Mother has asked us to pray the Rosary and the miracles associated with her divine intervention.
They enjoyed breakout workshops on each of the mysteries of the Holy Rosary, and a fun scavenger hunt. The evening was concluded with an invation to their parents to join them in praying an Illuminated Rosary.
The teens experienced a fruitful evening. The Rosary and their faith came alive for our young teens; and these young apostles grew in their faith journey.
The Holy Spirit was definitely moving in our midst and through the amazing volunteers who poured love and prayer into these kids not only last night, but all year through.
